On Sunday, Hertha BSC faced off against TSG Hoffenheim in the German Bundesliga. The match was played at the Olympiastadion in Berlin and ended with a thrilling 2-1 victory for Hertha.

The game started off with both teams trying to establish their dominance over the other. However, it was Hertha who took the lead first. In the 4th minute, Hertha's captain, Christian Fuchs, made a brilliant run down the left wing before crossing the ball into the box. This was met by Hertha's attacking midfielder, Kevin Volland, who slotted the ball past Hoffenheim goalkeeper, Neuer, to give his team the lead.

Despite being behind, Hoffenheim refused to back down and they began to push forward in search of an equalizer. They were eventually rewarded when a long ball from the right flank found the feet of their striker, Mario Mandzukic. He latched onto the ball and calmly slotted it past Hertha goalkeeper, Gudmundsson, to level the score at 1-1.

However, it was not long before Hertha regained control of the game. In the 68th minute, Hertha's attacking midfielder, Jovetic, received a pass from his teammate, Nkunku, and proceeded to dribble past two defenders before slotting the ball past Neuer to give his team the lead once again.

The final goal of the game came in the 77th minute when Hertha's substitute, Kramaric, scored after receiving a through-ball from Volland. With this goal, Hertha sealed their victory and booked their place in the Europa League.

Overall, it was a fantastic display of football from Hertha BSC. Their tactical discipline, skillful play, and determination throughout the match paid off as they emerged victorious. It will be interesting to see how this performance impacts their chances of qualifying for Europe next season.
